How it works
Advertising your business on The WOW! Flyer is easy with this step by step process:
1. Select an Ad package
Choose the perfect ad option below for your business—from Mini Ads to One Side of the Postcard. Each package is designed to fit your budget and goals.
2. Complete the contact form
After checkout, fill out a brief form with your business details and contact information. This helps us understand your needs and ensures we have everything required for your ad.
3. Consultation & Design
We’ll work with you via email (or a brief Zoom call if needed) to finalize your ad’s design, messaging, and targeting. Your approved artwork will join our co-op queue with other participating businesses.
4. Co-Op Slot Filling
Your ad will remain in our queue until all available ad slots for the current campaign are filled. We typically expect this process to take about 4-5 weeks. Once every slot is filled, we notify all businesses that the campaign is ready to move forward.
5. Scheduling, Production & Mailing
After notification, we combine all approved ads and send the co-op postcard to production. The printing, bundling, and scheduling for mailing is completed within 1–2 weeks. We maximize cost efficiency by printing all ads together.
6. Delivery & Post-Campaign Support
Once the co op mailer enters the postal system, you’ll receive an email notification. Mail delivery generally takes 1–2 weeks. After delivery, we offer ongoing support to review campaign performance and help refine your approach for future mailings.
